A nice house in a nice area with good transport. There was a Safeway's just at the end of the road.

There was an orphanage or something at the top of Hesketh Meadow Lane which had fabulous conker trees. Unfortunately, it being on a major A-road also, made throwing sticks at the trees dicey.
I don't remember much about this place, except that at the bottom of Mill Lane, there was some kind of water treatment or management place with a weir. The dad of one of my then friends was the water board's manager for the facility, and they lived in a provided house near the water, which was terribly cool.
